Founder & Executive Director
Leads strategic direction, scientific agenda, research oversight, and institutional positioning so the Institute’s work remains selective, coherent, and scientifically responsible.
What We Do
ABCI Institute exists to understand how people make decisions, interpret evidence, trust expertise, adopt treatments, and behave within clinical, consumer, organisational, and high-standard environments. The Institute’s initial focus is on Longevity, Healthspan & Human Performance, with broader research developing across its core themes.
Institutional position
The Institute is not designed as a conventional advisory consultancy or academic department. It operates between research, clinical relevance, strategic intelligence, and applied innovation.
The first phase concentrates on Longevity, Healthspan & Human Performance, while the Institute’s wider research develops across behavioural intelligence, clinical intelligence, commercial research, future capability, and translational innovation.
Its purpose is to create disciplined insight that can be used responsibly by clinicians, researchers, founders, innovation teams, educators, and high-standard environments that require evidence-aware thinking.
Founder & Direction
The ABCI Institute for Applied Behavioural & Clinical Intelligence is founded and directed by Dr Athena Baghdasaryan.
Her work sits at the intersection of behavioural research, clinical environments, and applied strategic thinking, with a focus on how evidence, perception, and decision-making interact in real-world contexts.
The Institute has been developed as a structured environment for disciplined enquiry, where research is not only developed, but carefully examined, tested, and translated into forms that can inform practice, systems, and long-term understanding.
